• their fees, scheduling, cancellation policies, and business practices;
• obtaining and maintaining any licenses, certifications, registrations, or insurance required by law; and

7. Your Agreement Is With the Practitioner, Not Healers Network

When you contact, book, hire, or otherwise engage with a Practitioner found through Healers Network, you are entering into an agreement directly with that Practitioner — not with Healers Network.

Healers Network is not a party to that relationship and has no involvement in, or responsibility for, the sessions, advice, treatment, products, payments, cancellations, scheduling, or any other aspect of the arrangement between you and the Practitioner. Any questions, concerns, or disputes about a Practitioner’s services should be directed to that Practitioner.

It is your responsibility to do your own homework before engaging any Practitioner — including researching their background, verifying credentials, and deciding for yourself whether they are a good fit for your needs. We encourage you to ask Practitioners directly about their training, experience, and approach.

8. Our Review Process Is Not a Guarantee

Healers Network is intended to be a curated directory. We may review applications and consider training, experience, credentials, and other information before approving a listing. However, this review process is a general screening step, not a certification, background check, license verification, or ongoing audit, and it should not be understood as a guarantee of a Practitioner’s qualifications, conduct, safety, or results.

Circumstances can change after a Practitioner is approved, and Healers Network is not able to continuously monitor every Practitioner or every interaction between a Practitioner and a client.

9. No Endorsement or Warranty

A Practitioner’s presence on Healers Network — and the inclusion of any modality, product, book, video, organization, or other resource — does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or warranty by Healers Network. You are responsible for evaluating whether a Practitioner, modality, or resource is appropriate for your own circumstances.

10. Reviews, Testimonials & User Content

Reviews and testimonials reflect the opinions and experiences of the individuals who submitted them, not the views of Healers Network, and do not guarantee that you will have a similar experience. Some Content on the Website may be submitted by Practitioners, guests, or other third parties; Healers Network does not independently verify every statement in such content, and we reserve the right to review, edit, decline, or remove content at our discretion.
