By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. About Healers Network
Healers Network is an educational and informational platform designed to help people explore complementary, alternative, holistic, and wellness-oriented practices and discover independent practitioners.
The Website may include educational articles, videos, interviews, meditations, webinars, practitioner profiles, reviews, and information about various healing modalities.
Healers Network is not a medical practice, healthcare provider, therapy practice, or emergency service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms to use the Website.
If you use the Website on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Practitioner Directory
Healers Network provides a directory where approved practitioners may create listings describing their services, qualifications, experience, locations, contact information, and areas of practice.
Practitioner Approval
Healers Network is a curated directory. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
We may review a practitioner’s experience, training, credentials, professional background, stated practices, and other information before approving a listing.
We reserve the right to approve or decline an application at our discretion.
Meeting a particular training or credential requirement does not guarantee acceptance.
Accuracy of Practitioner Information
Practitioners are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Healers Network is truthful, accurate, current, and not misleading.
Practitioners must promptly update their listings when material information changes, including changes to credentials, professional status, services, contact information, or location.
Practitioners must not make false, deceptive, fraudulent, or unsupported claims about their services, qualifications, or expected results.
Independent Practitioners
Practitioners listed on Healers Network are independent individuals or businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, or contractors of Healers Network unless expressly stated otherwise.
A practitioner’s listing does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between the practitioner and Healers Network.
Practitioners are solely responsible for their services, clients, business practices, fees, scheduling, policies, legal compliance, insurance, licenses, certifications, and professional conduct.
4. Listing Fees
Healers Network may offer paid practitioner listings, including monthly or annual subscription options.
Current pricing will be displayed on the Website at the time of enrollment.
Payment for a listing does not guarantee acceptance into the directory or continued inclusion in the directory.
Healers Network reserves the right to decline, suspend, or remove a listing when a practitioner or listing does not meet our standards or these Terms.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including PayPal, Square, Stripe, or other payment processors we may use in the future.
Healers Network does not intend to store complete payment card information on its own servers. Payment information is handled according to the applicable payment processor’s policies and terms.
By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process your payment according to the terms presented at checkout.
Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription cancellation procedures and any applicable refund terms will be presented at the time of purchase or subscription.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation of a recurring subscription prevents future charges but does not necessarily result in a refund for a period already paid.
Healers Network reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription options, or payment terms in the future.
5. Suspension or Removal of Listings
Healers Network may suspend, modify, or remove a practitioner listing at any time if we believe that:
the practitioner has provided false or misleading information;
required credentials or qualifications cannot be verified;
the practitioner’s practices conflict with the standards or purpose of Healers Network;
the practitioner violates these Terms;
the practitioner engages in inappropriate, abusive, fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful conduct;
the listing contains prohibited or misleading claims;
the practitioner receives credible complaints or information that raises concerns about the listing;
the practitioner fails to maintain required information;
the listing creates a risk to Healers Network or its community; or
removal is otherwise appropriate to protect the integrity of the directory.
We reserve the right to make these decisions in our discretion.
6. Practitioner-Submitted Content
Practitioners may submit photographs, videos, biographies, introductions, descriptions, logos, links, and other materials for use on their listings (“Practitioner Content”).
By submitting Practitioner Content, you represent that:
you own the content or have permission to use it;
the content does not infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
the content is accurate and not misleading; and
you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the content to Healers Network.
You grant Healers Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, resize, publish, and promote submitted content in connection with the Website and Healers Network.
You may request removal of your submitted content by contacting us, subject to any legal, technical, or contractual requirements that may apply.
7. Reviews and User-Generated Content
The Website may allow visitors and users to submit reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content.
Users are responsible for anything they submit.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Users may not submit fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful content.
Healers Network reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, refuse publication of, or remove submitted content.
Reviews represent the opinions of their authors and do not necessarily represent the views of Healers Network.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content, branding, graphics, text, logos, design, videos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Healers Network and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
