Marcelina Hardy

I’m Marcelina Hardy, a Certified Hypnotist and Regressionist and the founder of Intuitive Clarity Hypnosis in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I work with clients both in person and online, helping people explore the deeper patterns, emotions, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping them feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their next step.

My work blends hypnosis, regression, intuitive exploration, and a grounded spiritual approach. Depending on the client’s goals, sessions may focus on past life regression, life between lives exploration, inner child work, emotional healing, relationship patterns, life purpose, spiritual growth, grief, confidence, habits, anxiety, life transitions, or simply gaining greater clarity about what the subconscious may be ready to address.

I believe meaningful change often begins when we move beyond trying to understand everything only with the conscious mind. Hypnosis creates an opportunity to quiet the analytical mind, access deeper awareness, and allow insights, emotions, memories, imagery, or intuitive information to surface in a safe and supportive way. I guide the process gently while allowing each client’s own subconscious, beliefs, and inner wisdom to lead the experience.

My approach is calm, collaborative, and individualized. There is no expectation that you need to visualize perfectly, have a dramatic experience, or believe any particular spiritual philosophy. Some clients see vivid images, while others sense, feel, remember, or simply know. I remind clients often that there is no single “right” way to experience hypnosis.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling, along with professional training and certification in hypnosis and regression work. My background allows me to bring both a grounded understanding of human behavior and an openness to spiritual and metaphysical exploration into my sessions.

Intuitive Clarity Hypnosis is especially suited for people who feel there may be something deeper beneath a repeating pattern, relationship, emotion, fear, or life question and who are ready to explore it with curiosity rather than judgment.
